Description
“A Two-Headed Monster” by Cachete Jack
Nuria Bellver and Raquel Fanjul met in 2006 while enrolling in Fine Arts. During their final year at university (2010/2011), they felt the call of Cachete Jack and joined forces to bring this two-headed, four-handed monster to life—imbued with a critical, playful, honest, and humorous spirit. Since then, they have worked with national and international clients across various fields: editorial press, advertising campaigns, children’s books, covers, fashion, packaging, murals… and have held solo and group exhibitions, participated in illustration fairs, talks, and artist residencies around the world—everything is possible in Cachete Jack.
They have collaborated with The New York Times, The New Yorker, Elle Magazine, Hermès, Oxford University Press, and Netflix, among many others. We present their first illustration book, which functions as a retrospective of their extensive body of work throughout their still-early career.
